Posting correctly on the Human Resource Command is essential for all Drill Instructor. It makes the MODs job easier and helps keep BUPERS neat. Punishment for incorrect post is a warning and then a demotion. The duration of the demotion will increase if a DI continuously posts incorrectly.
In order to assure all Drill Instructors fully understand and are capable of posting correctly on BUPERS, they are required to complete and pass an BUPERS Check. Read here on how to properly post on BUPERS.
Task:
Post the recruit found here on this thread like you would on the BUPERS.
TIPS:
1. Copy and paste the name
2. Post in the format of Name [TaG] DD Mmm YY (Example: Bob [TaG] 11 Feb 11)
3. Use [TaG] as a training tag

Check this thread each day after posting, if your post was removed you've passed! If it has red writing from a MOD you can try again!
All non-DIS posts will be discarded.
If it is for a MOS, PM your BUPERS check to DIROPS, and you will get a PM you can quote and attach to your MOS application.
